After 6 months of waiting, our $1 million bin project loan was finally approved! We are quickly running out of time to put up the 258,000 bushel grain storage facility so Ron The Bulldozer Man, and Brian The Bin Guy rushed out to help us figure out grade for the site. Ron then brought his Caterpillar D6R bulldozer out and started grading the pad. While the pad was being leveled, I was busy clearing new areas of the ex-hoarder property with the lawn mower and skid-loader. We have a long way to go but are making leaps and bounds.

Thank you for watching.

I hope that you are also calculated in a Natural windbreaker around this bin side? (Or even farm) Something that is evergreen (Or not but has strong root system) and function as a hedge against big wind gusts. That is something that is done here in the Netherlands where we have equal weather conditions.

Man, looking at where you started when you inherited this farm from your grandfather and where it is now is quite impressive! Your work to restore the "mansion" is what brought me to this channel. I can see from older overhead views of the "junk" in the yard and the latest drone, you've been busy. Especially with the setback of the derecho, and all the extra work that entailed. When I was younger, I could operate on the the amount of sleep you get, but it's caught up to me and now I need those six to seven hours. Here's hoping to getting the rest of the yard free of the scrap iron and debris and the "mansion" finished!

The drone shots add a whole perspective/element to the videos. Excellent addition! A lot of the stuff(minus the shop work) discussed happens over a large area and this is an excellent way to capture it. This opens the door to a lot of cool shots!

500 bushel corn? But the experts said we would be starving to death by 1975. Now more than half of America is morbidly overweight. And the experts have been screaming global warming since 1930's. I guess the experts need a new line of work. I hope 30% interest and 300% inflation doesn't kill your farm. We are going to need the food. Good luck.

Congratulations on starting the Million dollar bin site started so exciting. Thank you for sharing your journey, Epic. Cole an Nava an family, I've been 👀 your wonderful families you tube channels. During my pain filled nights , I watch all the back stories from your oldest to your current . I recently watched Quebec homestead, 👀 I discovered on more than 3 videos she gives a cole the corn star 🌟 🌽 shout out because she really enjoys your wonderful family too. She has two channels one in English an one in French they are an awesome team like your family she's learning to work on her machinery for herself an she's renovating a mansion or Chateau massive house 🏠. Could you possibly give Mallory at Quebec Homestead a shout out. 😉 she made the news in New Zealand 🇳🇿 because she brought her wonderful husband a pair of very special monochrome glasses 🎁 for colour blindness for outside. He loves being outside.

I am so happy that you are getting started on the bin site. But please tell me that you will have your pit covered so you don't get rotten corn any more it sounded that DC was a little choked up about the improvement of the bin. I know he is so proud that he has two great hard working sons. DC's dad has left a legacy for his son and his grand sons. DC has carried this on for his kid's. I know all of them are proud of DC and of MC also.

But today I have a question. when your new bin site is finally up, is all that old augers still going to be needed, if not, why not get rid of all that as well over time or is that also part of the plan. just a thought.
