So let me explain why Toyota and bmw decided to work together sincerely you clearly do not know, Toyota wanted to make an in-line 6 engine for their car. Now to do that it would cost them a lot of money to design and develop a completely new inline 6, but bmw already have a perfect inline 6 for the Supra so they decided to work together on the Supra since it wouldn’t cost too much for both parties.

Just looking at this makes me think of what happened to Nissan!
